Inspired by the boats, harbours and coastal life that surround us on the West Coast of Scotland, we wanted to take the traditional anchor — a symbol often associated with strength, industry and rugged coastal life — and transform it into something elegant and refined.

Designed and hand-finished in our workshop near Loch Lomond, the anchor pendant is first cast in solid sterling silver before being carefully refined by hand. The solid silver rope detail is made by hand and soldered onto the anchor before the piece is filed, sanded and polished to create a beautifully bold yet elegant piece of jewellery.

The defining feature of this design is its heart-shaped flukes, which soften the traditional industrial form of the anchor and add a deeper layer of meaning. Representing strength, stability and enduring love, the pendant serves as a reminder to stay grounded while holding close the people, memories and places that anchor your heart. For some, it symbolises home, hope or a cherished connection with someone at sea.
